Dr. Levi Skipper
Levi Skipper is a native of Georgia graduating from Shorter College with a Christian Ministry Degree in 2000, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity Degree in 2004, and Luther Rice University with a Doctorate of Ministry Degree in 2009. He met his wife Christa while attending college and they married in 2000. They have four children Garrison Levi, Mattie Eve, John Gavin, and Marlee Rose. Levi has served as a student pastor, college pastor, and pastored a growing congregation before launching out with First Day Ministry.
Charles Spurgeon
Charles Haddon (C.H.) Spurgeon (June 19, 1834 – January 31, 1892) was a British Baptist preacher, still known as the “Prince of Preachers”. In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to around 10,000,000 people, often up to 10 times a week at different places. His sermons have been translated into many languages. Spurgeon was the pastor of the New Park Street Chapel in London for 38 years. He was part of several controversies with the Baptist Union of Great Britain, and later had to leave that denomination. Throughout his life, Spurgeon suffered from depression and other mental illnesses. In 1857, he started a charity organisation called Spurgeon’s which now works globally. He also founded Spurgeon’s College, which was named after him after his death.
Paul Washer
Paul Washer became a believer while attending the University of Texas studying to become an oil and gas lawyer. He completed his undergraduate studies and enrolled at Southwestern Theological Seminary where he received his Master of Divinity degree. Paul left the states shortly after graduation as a North American missionary to Peru. Paul ministered as a missionary in Peru for 10 years, during which time he founded the HeartCry Missionary Society to support Peruvian Church planters. HeartCry’s work now supports over 80 indigenous missionaries in 15 different countries throughout Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. An itinerant preacher, Paul also frequently teaches at his home church, First Baptist Church of Muscle Shoals, and is the author of The One True God: A Biblical Study of the Doctrine of God. At the present, Paul serves as the Director of HeartCry Missionary Society and resides in Muscle Shoals, Alabama with his wife Charo and two sons Ian and Evan, and one daughter Rowan.
John MacArthur
Widely known for his thorough, candid approach to teaching God’s Word, John MacArthur is a fifth-generation pastor, a popular author and conference speaker, and has served as pastor-teacher of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California since 1969. John and his wife, Patricia, have four grown children and fourteen grandchildren. Dr. Dave Hartson has served as Senior Pastor of Bala Chitto Baptist Church since 1994. Bala Chitto is a Southern Baptist Church located in Magnolia, MS. Dr. Dave Hartson’s own life experiences coupled with years of study and counseling/ministry experience has prepared him to offer Godly counsel and guidance to others.
